Hi everyone! My name is Stevie Thomas-Allen, owner of Elite Therapeutic Massage & Tanning, LLC, located in Paoli, with a second tanning salon location in West Baden. I am a dual licensed therapist, with a license in both Occupational Therapy and Massage Therapy. I completed my OTA degree in 2014 and have been employed as COTA/L since the Fall of 2014. I then obtained my license in Massage Therapy from Advanced Massage Therapeutics and opened Elite Therapeutic Massage in 2017, in Paoli, Indiana. It was just soon after that when I expanded my business to include tanning, both UV and sunless, red light therapy and additional services per location.
